Yes, it's accessible.

        •       To the right of the tool bar there should be a table. Interact 
with this table and use the VoiceOver keys (control and option together) along 
with the up and down arrows to select contacts.
        •       Stop interacting with the table and then navigate with 
control-option right arrow and you can choose between all contacts, skype 
contacts, online contacts, address book contacts, Facebook contacts etc.
        •       Then if you control-option right arrow some more you'll come to 
another table. Before this there will be a contacts view mode radio group. I 
recommend you interact with this radio group and select list as your view mode. 
Then stop interacting with the contacts view mode radio group and navigate to 
the table to the right.
        •       This should contain all the contacts of the type you have 
selected (e.g. Skype, Facebook, Online etc).
        •       Navigate to the contact you want to interact with and then 
press control-option-shift-m, to bring up the context menu. From here you can 
choose to call or instant message.
