Well, you get a bunch of stuff. For example, the ability to have buttons do
nonstandard things like launch apps, put apps on your device that Apple
doesn't want you to have and modify the files in the file system very
easily. So you can change the sounds for VoiceOver to something totally
different if you so chose. And that's just the beginning.
