Hi all,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I managed to solve my XCode problem from 
yesterday. It turns out AppDelete maintains an archive of previously deleted 
apps, and that was where XCode was hiding. The Mac app store detects apps on 
your system, even if they're not in your Applications folder or on your 
internal harr drive, so it kept listing XCode as installed
.
