OK, this is about to drive me mad! In ITunes V11, I've attempted to set an activity in which I include hotspots within that activity. I have focused myself on the search box within the music source. I then hit vo+shift+0 and set the hotspot 0 to jump me to the search box. Well, it works just fine until I either restart Voiceover, or until I quit ITunes, and reopen it. What in the heck could be causing Voiceover to do this. It's obviously not something specific to things glitching as I've tried to set up this hotspot multiple times both on my mac mini as well as on my macbook, and in both cases, it keeps consistently breaking. Truthfully, it's driving me insane!
