This is a problem with the podcast page. There is a flash player, which of 
course doesn't play automatically, it has buttons to control the player, but 
it's flash, so forget it. Yourbest bet may be to subscribe to the show's RSS 
feed in iTunes or some other RSS client that will allow you to directly access 
the files. There is no direct access from the podcast page, not that I can see, 
anyway.
