Hi all,

I have invoices that I created in Microsoft Excel 2003, and I would like to
open and edit them in Numbers in future. The problem is, when I open one of
these invoices, I get the following list of document warnings:

Missing Font. Cambria
Missing Font. Calibri
Import Warning. Print area isn’t supported and the setting was removed.
Import Warning. Unsupported border styles were mapped to solid borders.

So my questions are:

1. For those able to determine the difference in visual appearance between
various fonts, which of the fonts that come with the Mac will most closely
match the missing fonts above?

2. Which of Numbers' border styles can I use to replace the incorrect ones in
the invoice?

3. After editing, can I export the invoice as an xls spreadsheet without
recipients having problems with missing fonts and incorrect border styles on
their end?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Gavin Grundlingh
