Hi Jessica, to download a file do the following: 1. Press Spacebar on a the wanted title in the table. A new window should open and you should hear the video. 2. Press once VO + arrow down. 3. There you can press VO + Shift + M to open the context menue. 4. Choose download there and choose mp4. Now a download window opens but you can close it and the video window as well.
