Hi Alex, yes, you can send articles to Instapaper with a single key press in YoruFukurou.
You can add articles through an add to Instapaper bookmark in your browser, but the majority of articles I add come from my RSS feed reader, which is the primary way I consume news and blog content. I use Feeddler on the iPhone but there are others including Newsrack.
