Thanks Ann. Will have to give that a try next time. Quite frustrating when this happens as you can be on a time crunch to get something done, and all of the sudden you spend an hour trying to get back to editing a document. Would actually be nice if Apple would finally get around to working out some of these issues. Numbers is even worst, but hey at least they do work most of the time with VO unlike Word.
