Okay, two things. (1) Did you quit safari and start it again? (2) Do you see the extension name in your toolbar in safari.
If so, instead of pressing the "register" link, press the "create one here" link to the right of where it says that although rumola is installed you have to login. Then there's a login link and after that the "create one here" link.
