Depands what OS you're running.  Let's say your running ML.  The path you would 
need is:

~/Library/Mail/V2/POP-your e-mail address 

your e-mail address will be shown as part of the folder name after the POP- 
part.  For example,

[email protected]

To use a fictisious example.  so, again, let's say your e-mail address is 
[email protected]
the entire path you want to point to would be:

~/Library/Mail/V2/[email protected]
