Hi. I have tried to figure out how to use pages for it, but I did not found it very easy. I did not get it to work.
I use nisus writer pro. It is very easy. 1. Find 1 of the headings you will like to add to the toc, highlight it press VO+shift+M find include in toc, and choose the level. 2. do that for all the headings. 3. Create the epub by export as epub.
