I would give serious consideration to the AfterShokz Bluez bone conduction 
headset. The earpieces sit just in front of your ears leaving your ears free to 
hear what is happening in the environment. They are comfortable and fully 
support A2DP. They sound good with VoiceOver. You get about six hours of 
battery life out of them. They are available at
