Sure. Easy as pie. First thing you want to do is, Go to Voiceover utilities and under sound, set the output to built in output. Now, in System Preferences/sounds, select the output tab, and select your bluetooth speakers from the table. Your all set then. From now on, only Voiceover will be played from your Mac's built in speakers or, any headphones or speakers you physically plug into the 3.5mm headphone jack. All other audio will be played from your bluetooth speakers.
