Basically the bugzilla site is to report bugs. So if you go to:

http://bugzilla.mozilla.org
you will find some links at the top of the page the link you want will say search. This is the link where you search for bugs. so in the search without these quotes you would say for example, "checkboxes not working in Mac version of Firefox" and then hit Search. I just found a quick search too so when you go to this same page you'll find and edit box and a search button on the main page. Now if you actually have to report a bug you must create an account so you want to click on the New Account link and follow the on-screen instructions.
I hope this is more clear for you.

Ok, there was a download link through bugzilla's web site, so thought it was a
piece of software, how are you supposed to operate the site then? I didn't see
instructions on how to operate it when I clicked the about, and more info, or
whatever the other link was called in order to learn more info about it, which
I unfortunately don't remember the exact name of right off.

I've just downloaded it, but can't figure out how to get it to installed. I've
extracted it, but there are about a million files in it with some strange file
names that I've never heard of, but no instalation file.
   Can anyone help?

Not sure than really. Nothing comes to mind for me. I wonder if this may be a
bug. I guess you could go to Mozillaand look for Bugzilla which is where they
track all the bugs and see if there are any bugs similar to yours.

Jessica,

Are you certain you have the latest version of Firefox?

I'm trying to customize my preference settings in firefox, and all the
checkboxes I'm trying to check are determined they're going to immediately
uncheck themselves the instantly I tab away from them. Has anyone else had any
trouble with this?
This is really frustrating me, and I can't figure out for the life of me how
to fix it, so any help someone could give me would really be appreciated.
