Anita,
I speak Spanish as well; sorry I neglected to answer the other part of your
question. Press CMD+VO+let and right arrows to move between the different
speech options such as Voice, Speech Rate, Volume, etc. When you get to Voice,
Press CMD+VO+down arrow, and depending on what voices you have installed you
can switch to any available. I personally prefer Paulina, but you may rather
use Javier, or one of the voices from Spain.
Espero que te sirva! Hope this helps!
Harry

what you are doing, IE. writing options change, as opposed to having a rotor
for languages, right? Hope this made sense.

Anita,
To change language options, go into System Preferences by pressing VO-M,
VO-down arrow on Apple, and VO-down arrow until you hear "System Preferences."
Once in System Preferences, tab over until you hear "Language and Text."
Within this area, you can change the system language, which will change all of
the prompts used by VoiceOver. What language od you speak besides English?
Just so you know, you can also download many foreign language voices for
VoiceOver within VoieOver preferences (VO-F8). I can give you suggestiosn for
that if you need them, but changing your system langauge als oinstalls voices
for the language selected.
Thanks,
Harry

Hi List,
To get in to Language Settings, do I press VO+f8? If someone could
give me the steps for completing this task, it'dbe appreciated greatly! Correct
me if I'm wrong, but all prompts will be spoken in the chosen language? Is this
helpful for learning spoken foreign languages? Is there a Rotor option for
languages, like on the iPhone 4S, and if so, how is it activated?
Thanks,
Anita
