It is, as long as that service is enabled under system preferences. Most
importantly, unless there is some text selected, the command won't appear in
the services menu. First select some text, then look in your services menu.

I've done this before, but now, when I look in Text Edit, I no longer see
this option. Does anyone know if it's still possible to do this? If so,
can you tell me where to find that menu item, I've checked all the menus
in Text Edit.
