Hello Jeff, Bartender is partially compatible with the Macintosh. While I can access the features from within the program itself, and decide on whether to hide or make icons visible within my menubar, I do not know how to rearrange icons using voiceover. >From the web site, you will see that a full month trial is given, at the end thereof you can decide on whether or not to purchase the app.
