Hello Anouk, All the commands are documented in VoiceOver Utility, right where you enable single key navigation. Just click on Assign Commands and a table will appear with all the predefined commands. The contents of this table are by default the arrow key combinations, but if you click the Arrows modifier key pop up button, you can select Single Keys and the table will then show all the commands.
