Hi, Gigi: Yeah, we went through all those steps, even turned off the laptop in the other room that it *WAS* successfully paired with, to eliminate interference. I don't know what version IOS the Ipod is running. I was trying to help him over the phone with the mediation of a health worker, and it just didn't take.
