Hi Eric,

Well, to be fair, I don't think it's been in the warehouse for five years, but 
it wouldn't surprise me if it's been in there for one or two.  And the fact 
that you have a stockpile of something just isn't the factor that should be the 
basis for selecting a person's technology.  So yeah, I agree with you, it 
should be suable, but I don't think it is.
