I know the feeling. Have been a subscriber for a while. When they broke accessibility in their redesign, They got an email & phone call from me. At the time, I think they were guaging response. I don't think they realized how many of us use their service whether paid or free. They were bombarded with email. However, they told me at the time it was an oversight. Whether I buy that I don't know. I do know, I follow them on twitter, & thanked them for fixing accessibility.
