Not to my knowledge, but perhaps someone else such as Esther knows better. I have found some peculiar phenomena with iTunes duplications though. I have many duplications but each is a slightly different length in time. Sometimes only by a few seconds, but still different. I can't work out why there would be this difference. Very odd.
