Hi, If your talking about doing this in iTunes, to my knowledge, there is no simulation. You need to make sure your mouse cursor is on the restore button, then turn Voiceover off and hold down the option key and double click your track pad or mouse. When you turn Voiceover back on, you will be in a file browser.
