One thing I have found that really helps me with Skype is to set up video
activities. For example, you can turn off the cursor tracking features of
voiceover, and leave one cursor in the HTML or chat window, in the other cursor
in the text box where you type. This makes following the current chat much
easier. It cuts about two or three steps out of the loop. However, it should be
noted that when using command option Wadewood left Eric to switch
conversations, you must reengage and we interact with the HTML window. Also, US
take care to remember that your cursor tracking is off, and somethings will
behave slightly differently, you may have to use your voiceover cursor more
than you normally do.

I am simply stunned by how well everything works on the iPhone. At least, those
apps that are accessible seem to work very smoothly. This includes Skype, for
the most part.
