I think the only way you can get it to show up in Disk Utility is to directly 
connect the Time Capsule to your system.  I have one as well, and I can't find 
a way to get it to show up nor any of the air disk volumes.  I would assume 
that a direct connect would be necessary to run a hardware fix.
