Hi Shane! A possible solution if you have a USB keyboard [which I do not ] From the iTunes page it says: Tell the Mac to forget that device and turn off the iPhone then go to System pref's on your mac and turn off bluetooth then switch it back on and make it discoverable and switch on bluetooth on your iPhone and try the pairing again! If I tried this I would not have any control of my iMac! [anyone got a USB keyboard I can borrow] HTH Colin
