I regularly plug my apple USB keyboard with numeric pad into a windows system. 1. The numeric keypad works mostly as expected, though they keys used for left/right mouse buttons are shifted one position clockwise from my PC keyboards. 2. The insert key in the 6 pack is described on my mac as "Help" and does not work directly as an insert key. 3. The keys that are used for "Windows" and "alt" are reversed. 4. There is no application key on the right side.
