I use VoiceDream and I agree that it is a great app. To use the two-finger
swipe right or left to go to previous or next sentence, you have to turn VO
off. That's easy enough, just triple click home and then the gestures are
usable.
Of course, with VO on, you can rewind or fastforward 30 seconds, or pause
with a two finger double tap. I switch between VO on and off for the
different uses.

what a great app I think. Even iBooks could learn from it. ;-)
What doesn't work for me are the gestures with two fingers. If I got it
right I could swipe with two fingers to the right or left two jump to the
beginning or end of a sentence. But when I perform this gestures nothing
hapens. Same is when I tap with to fingers on the screen. Or is this just a
gesture for users with vision?
