To switch tabs do command-shift-left/right bracket.
Space or VO-space should action the bookmark you have focus on in the
bookmark bar. You can also use command-1 through 9 to action the first
through 9th bookmark bar item going from left to right. In other words,
without moving focus or anything you can just hit command-3 to load up
the 3rd bookmar bar item into the current window.
