Yes, I can confirm sluggishness but it is different from device to
another. I have a BrailleSense U2 connected to an iPad 3rd generation
and a BrailleEDGE connected to iPad Mini both from Hims and act slow
when reading, on the other hand I have a Brailliant32 from HumanWare
connected to iPhone 4S and it works very nicely.

in the Kindle App. It seemed better when I started to read my book by

The kindle app has infact done some great things for us braille
readers. The fact that you can go to previous line from the botton
without running all the way to the top. Great that kindle goes to the
top when you press next page. I sometimes experience that the next page
will not show up in braille, I will when have to touch the screen, and
when it normally works.
About the slugishness of braille, I think apple has a part of the fault
on this one, I often have problems with large paragraphs.
Can anyone get the table of content to work with braille?
