Hi Esther, I see that same price. I could be wrong, but I think that that is to actually purchase that season. I was trying to do this on my Mac, and when I searched for Buy in the item chooser, the item that showed was "Buy for $44.99. My understanding of the season pass concept was that it is somehow time-limited, or limited to a certain number of viewings, and thus significantly cheaper than the purchase rice. $45 is pretty high to purchase a season, if I bought the DVD at BestBuy, it's probably cost about $30.
