Nicholas, I haven't tried the IOS app yet, and I have not tried the search feature yet, as I am trying to decide what would be most useful for me to include in my own form for client records. I have discovered that you record an audio note on the IOS device and you can then play it on OSX, but you are not able to record on the OSX app, unfortunately. I thought that'd be a pretty nice feature to have.
I found this app when looking for alternative to Bento, which I have heard mixed reviews about, mostly negative, from reviews of people complaining that they keep removing useful features.
