Hi, Do you mean attachments? If so, you can view the attachments by pressing command y to quicklook the attachment. This is good if you don't think you want to keep it saved on your hard drive. For example, my phone system emails me all my voicemail messages. I don't usually need to preserve them for posterity. So, I command Y, listen to the message, press space to close quicklook and then call the person back and delete the email.
If it's something that needs to be saved, such as a form you have to fill out and email back, go to the file menu and choose save attachments. Hope this helps.
