Might want to check out Daniel J. Louis's Audacity to Podcast. I do know
that he is a Mac user, however, his podcasts are very general in nature &
about every 5th eppisode is devoted to doing something with audacity so
you'll have to go back trhough his back catelog & see if he answers any of
your questions there. Also, he is a sighted user of audacity & this perhaps
mmay be a deal breaker for you. However, his content can be very interesting
to listen to.
