Likewise, if you just want to burn files to a disk for backup you can do
that easily through the finder. Select a folder then go to the File menu
and choose Burn "Folder Name" to disc and stick in some blank media.
In some older versions of iTunes there was a bug where picking 320kbps
mp3 encoding wouldn't stick but that seems to have been fixed in iTunes
11.0.2. For me, 192kbps seem to be a nice compromise between size and
sound quality.
