There is also an extension you can install for Safari, called the new Jen book 
extension. This extension removes all of the advertisements from the Facebook 
site, understand, it may also remove some other side panels that you have 
custom installed if you do this type of thing with Facebook. Go to the safari 
Avenue in Safari, and click on safari extensions. On the page that comes up 
then, find the "social network" link, and then the 15th heading down or so 
should be the new Jen Facebook extension. Notes, you want the install link 
above the head, and not below the heading, as the one below the heading will 
install the next expansion. Check it out, if you don't like it you can disable 
it under your extensions and preferences.
