Hello: Sorry if this doesn't belong to our list topics, but I have tried to do all and I just can't sinc my iPhone or my iPad with my mac. When I click the sinc button on iTunes, either from the file and devices menu or inside the devices area, It starts, but like 5 seconds later, it just stops and won't say anything or send an error message. But of course, the end Ding never comes and the files, apps, music an videos are not synchronized. One of the times, I got an error message that said that the sinc process was not possible, because the synchronization could not start. I have reinstalled iTunes, and nothing changes. If somebody has an idea, I would thank you very much, I am desperate! P.S. If you want to reply off list it is OK, so we don't bring more off topic to all. Best
