Hi Katey, When you're on the threaded conversation in the messages list, press Command-O to open the message. To move to another message in that conversation, press VO-SHIFT-UP ARROW to stop interacting, then move left or right with VO-Left or VO-Right until you get to the other message you want to read, then interact with VO-SHIFT-DOWN ARROW.
