I very much doubt you could do something like that. Oh , wait, you want to use the iPhone as a soundcard? You can try WebCamera, an app that lets you do video and sound, routing the sound from computer to iPhone and I believe it can do the other way around too. But using it as a speech synthesizer I don't think you can do. I don't think the mac even supports any hardware speech synthesizers.
