Hi all, I have to submit a couple of legal essays in the next few days. It is essential for me to be able to add footnotes to those essays. I also need to add a footer to state the page number. However, I believe you can't add footnotes and footers in textedit. So, can anyone recommend an accessible and preferably free application which provides this facility? I know that this can be done in Pages, but I don't want to spend so much just for 1 function.
