Hi. I recently downloaded Twitterrific but have yet to create a Twitter account. While I have read some articles on Twitter etiquette, I have yet to come across a step-by-step guide for basically hitting the ground running. Is there such a guide? If there is, could someone point me to it?
Lastly, since I have never been on Twitter, and Twitterrific will be my primary Twitter client, are there any important facets of the social network that are not usable through Twitterrific?
