I don't know if Prizmo on Mac uses cloud-based OCR or not. I know the iPhone app does, but I think the full Mac app is local. I could be wrong, and I could find nothing online to confirm one way or the other. So you're saying Prizmo is cloud-based for OCR? That's a bit of a disappointment.
