It's probably on your desktop. Just do a command-backspace when you are

I accidentally pressed a command keys which created a screen shut in my

Now when I turn it on, voiceover says, "portable network graphics image",
and I just couldn't find a way to delete it
Any help on what to do to delete it please?
Thank you.
