Hi Becky, I don't know anything about eBook Buffet. Does it work with Kindle somehow? I thought the Kindle app only worked with books you buy through the Amazon Kindle Store or with books you email to yourself through your whisper sync Kindle email address.
Did you check under both the cloud and device tabs at the bottom of the screen? At the top of the screen in the middle you should also have selected all items. You can choose between books, newsstand or docs. Just choose all items to make sure you're not missing anything.
