One of the best and most credible tools to completely remove apps is called 
AppDelete. The developer has worked very hard to make sure that the app is 
fully VoiceOver compatible. I strongly encourage anyone interested in 
completely removing all metadata associated with an app to purchase a copy of 
AppDelete.
