Apparently, Siri can actually perform tasks that she hasn't been able to perform in the past. One of which, includes the activation or deactivation of different radios, they demonstrated "Bluetooth", but I'm assuming Wi-Fi and possibly cellular data is also included in that as well. They also have the "in car" function, or "iPhone in car", and, apparently with that Siri will both allow you to read "listen", and respond "dictate", two text messages in this mode.
