Hi,

Yes, iTunes Match stores playlists.  I have iTunes Match on multiple computers 
as well as on iDevices and the playlists sync perfectly.  In fact, my playlists 
are only within iTunes Match and iCloud.  So, when I modify the contents of a 
playlist on one machine, it changes those same things on every other machine.
