All: This was very helpful but it is still a pain. Is there a way to just ad a mobile number without going in to the labels thing and back out? Somehow I am not seeing the field for the phone number unless I go into the label thing first. Also, I am written to the people who made VO Calendar and implored them to make a contacts manager. They said they want to. If others are interested perhaps additional emails could make it happen. Jean
