Hi,

I don't believe so, but you can purchase a Gift Certificate through the iTunes 
Store that is eMailed to the recipient.  The Gift Certificate usually can be 
used for anything in the iTunes or App Stores and thus be able to be used for 
iTunes Match subscriptions since it just is a charge to your Apple ID account.
